Workshops

This one day workshop will focus on strategic thinking and strategic planning and how health professionals can facilitate health planning and performance management. It is a blend of large group activities, small group discussions, and individual work. Using an interactive approach that supports the First Nations Health Managers Association Competency Framework, this workshop will help participants achieve the following objectives:
1. Participants will understand the key concepts of strategic thinking and strategic planning.
2. Participants will know how to use strategic thinking and strategic planning to improve their health services.

The workshop objectives will enhance your capabilities to participate in or lead strategic thinking and planning activities for your organization.
