Workshops

This one day workshop will focus on determinants of health and epidemiology and how health professionals can facilitate health planning. It is a blend of large group activities, small group discussions, and individual work. Using an interactive approach that supports the First Nations Health Managers Association Competency Framework, this workshop will help participants achieve the following objectives:
1. Participants will understand the key concepts of determinants of health and epidemiology
2. Participants will know how to use key concepts of determinants of health and epidemiology to improve health planning
